How We Work

A practical enquiry-to-handover process for container, yard, transport, equipment and manpower support. Confirmation always depends on scope review and availability.

Enquiry-led support

HARMIS GLOBAL LOGISTICS LLP reviews each request against the eight verified service categories supported from our Vizhinjam-area location. Submitting an enquiry starts review. It does not confirm that work will proceed.

Response-time guarantees are not published. For clearer reviews, use the request preparation guide before contacting the team.

Five working stages

Step 1

Requirement Submission

Share the operational details needed for Harmis Global to understand the service category and practical constraints.

What the customer provides

  • Service category of interest from the eight verified services
  • Company and contact details
  • Cargo, container, yard, equipment or manpower description as relevant
  • Preferred date, location context and access notes
  • Any linked support needs, such as labour with equipment or haulage with handling

What Harmis Global reviews

  • Whether the request maps to a verified service category
  • Completeness of the submitted operational details
  • Whether related services appear relevant to the same requirement

What is confirmed

  • That the enquiry has been received for review when contact channels are working as intended
  • Which service pages or preparation steps may help clarify the request

What remains subject to availability

  • Any assumption that work can proceed on the preferred date
  • Any assumption that equipment, space, transport or manpower is already reserved

Step 2

Scope Review

Harmis Global reviews the practical scope of the request before discussing what can be supported.

What the customer provides

  • Clarifications on weight, quantity, packaging or container size when requested
  • Site access, working-space and sequencing notes
  • Special handling notes that affect planning

What Harmis Global reviews

  • Operational fit against confirmed service categories
  • Access, sequencing and resource dependencies
  • Whether temperature-controlled, hazardous or bonded handling has been assumed without verification

What is confirmed

  • A clearer statement of what the enquiry appears to require
  • Which details are still needed before availability can be discussed

What remains subject to availability

  • Final resource allocation
  • Timing commitments
  • Linked services that have not yet been separately confirmed

Step 3

Availability Confirmation

Support proceeds only where scope and availability can be confirmed for the approved requirement.

What the customer provides

  • Decision on proposed scope options where alternatives are discussed
  • Updated timing or location constraints
  • Acceptance that unconfirmed items remain outside the arrangement

What Harmis Global reviews

  • Whether suitable resources can be arranged for the reviewed scope
  • Dependencies across handling, yard, transport, equipment or manpower support
  • Practical limits based on access and operational conditions

What is confirmed

  • The portion of the requirement that can be supported
  • The operational boundaries agreed for that support

What remains subject to availability

  • Any remaining optional or secondary services
  • Changes requested after confirmation
  • Resources that could not be arranged for the requested timing

Step 4

Operational Coordination

Confirmed work is coordinated around agreed handling stages, resources and access arrangements.

What the customer provides

  • Site readiness and access as agreed
  • Cargo or container readiness aligned to the confirmed plan
  • On-site contacts and practical updates that affect sequencing

What Harmis Global reviews

  • Alignment of labour, equipment and movement support to the confirmed scope
  • Day-of access and sequencing constraints
  • Whether any change request requires a new confirmation

What is confirmed

  • The coordinated steps agreed for the approved operation
  • Roles and hand-off points described in the confirmed arrangement

What remains subject to availability

  • Same-day expansions of scope
  • Unplanned equipment or manpower additions
  • Work outside the confirmed operational boundaries

Step 5

Completion and Handover

Work proceeds against the confirmed scope, with handover aligned to the agreed operational arrangement.

What the customer provides

  • Acceptance of handover against the confirmed scope
  • Any closing notes relevant to documentation or next-stage planning
  • Follow-up requirements that should be treated as a new enquiry if outside the confirmed scope

What Harmis Global reviews

  • Whether the confirmed steps have been completed as arranged
  • Whether handover points match the agreed operational arrangement
  • Whether residual items require a separate review

What is confirmed

  • Completion of the supported scope that was agreed
  • Handover aligned to the confirmed arrangement

What remains subject to availability

  • Additional work identified only at completion
  • Future dates or repeat requirements not included in the original confirmation
